The Alert website describes how this programme supports children, teachers, parents, and therapists to choose appropriate strategies to change or maintain states of alertness so students can attain an optimal state of alertness for their tasks.
Behaviour Matters
This teaching expertise site offers free education resources, articles and e-bulletins, advice and guidance, knowledge sharing and ideas across topics including behaviour management. Behaviour Matters is a free weekly e-bulletin written to help education professionals promote positive behaviour in classrooms and whole school emotional literacy.
Brief - Solution Focused Approach
Brief is based in London and are the leading providers of Solution Focused training in Europe. They provide training specifically for professionals in education including psychologists, special needs staff, teachers, education welfare officers, learning mentors and school pastoral staff. Teachers in NBSS partner schools have received soluiton focused training and use the approach with students, in relation to behaviour, learning and well-being. The site provides extensive information on the Solution Focused Approach.
Brief Therapy Group
The Brief Therapy Group is based in Dublin. They provide training and therapy and have a number of publications available. In collaboration with the Mater Hospital, they have produced "Parents Plus" - a solution focused parent group programme.

CAINT
CAINT provides an in-depth assessment of a child’s communication development, including profiling their speech and language strengths and weaknesses. CAINT takes a holistic view of the child exploring speech and language function, the impact on the child and other aspects which may be contributing to the child’s communication difficulties.
Catch Up Literacy and Numeracy
Catch Up is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and a registered charity in the UK.Catch Up provides two interventions to support struggling learners: Catch Up Literacy and Catch Up Numeracy. Both interventions are targeted to the needs of individual learners and enable personalised learning.Both Catch Up interventions have been identified by the UK Department for Children, Schools and Families as evidence-based interventions - interventions that have been shown to provide effective one-to-one support for struggling learners. Center for Digital Literacy
A project of the Center for Digital Literacy at Syracuse University: S.O.S. for Information Literacy is a web-based multimedia resource that includes lesson plans, handouts, presentations, videos and other resources to enhance the teaching of information literacy. Information literacy skills enable students to effectively locate, organise, evaluate, manage and use information.
Center on Response to Intervention
The Center on Response to Intervention website provides information and resources on the Response to Intervention (RtI) approach that integrates assessment and intervention within a multi‐level prevention system to maximise student achievement and reduce behaviour problems.
