The work of the NBSS is determined by the needs of each individual school established through a consultation and reflection process between school and support service.

Work to Date:

• The identification and dissemination of models of best practice
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
• Targeted interventions for individual and groups of students
• Ongoing assistance and support
• The establishment of Behaviour Support Classrooms (BSCs)
• Interagency work
