The work of the NBSS is determined by the needs of each individual school established through a consultation and reflection process between school and support service.
Work to Date:
- The identification and dissemination of models of best practice
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Targeted interventions for individual and groups of students
- Ongoing assistance and support
- The establishment of Behaviour Support Classrooms (BSCs)
- Interagency work
